SCOPE OF WORK
The Production Company agrees to provide all services, crew, equipment, and materials necessary to produce the video project (“Project”) as outlined in the project brief, schedule, and agreed deliverables.
PAYMENT TERMS
Total Project Fee: $25,000 CAD
Payment Schedule: 50% upon signing · 30% at production start · 20% on final delivery
Payment Method: Bank Transfer / Wire
Late Payment: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts
